“One Human Family” is a poetry book with poems about war, the Middle East, and current events here at home.

Clouds of smoke.
People cloaked in ash
Flit across the screen.
Newsmen’s voices drone.
The plan slowly drifts
Across a clear sky
And disappears
Into a ball of flame.

The tower where I once stood
Dazzled by the view below,
Exists no more.
New York, my proud birthplace
Staggers,
wounded to the core….
