From what we read in the press, you’d think the EV is the new kid on the block. Not so. The electric vehicle existed from the 1890s into the 1940s, setting some speed records on the way.

And while the press is correct  concerning pending extinction of gas stations, woe be to the politician once the grease monkey discovers that he is being thrown to the tar pits along with the giant sloth. Will homo petroleus evolve into homo electricus or, wrench in hand, will he storm the bastille?
