Dear Father,

   You created us.  You knit and wove us into being in our mother’s womb.  We have grown up in this world of contradictions, this world of enticements, this world of the audacious-self.  Our minds are bound to these worldly ways.  Your love is in us and we know it not.  Your voice speaks to us and we know it not.

   In your mercy and love renew us now. Do the deeds that will make our eyes to see and our ears to hear.  You gave us the will to choose.  We choose now, Dear Heavenly Father.  We choose to walk in love and to follow your voice. We commit ourselves to you and the empowerment of your light-filling love.
