My LOVE affair goes back to Robert Indiana’s original screen print of the 60’s. I was ‘commissioned’ by my first wife, Patricia, to copy Indiana’s LOVE as a Christmas present for my sister-in-law, Laurie. The 48” square painting hung in her living room for several years.

Interesting—Indiana’s inspiration was his love for God. The Museum of Modern Art in New York City Commissioned him to create a Christmas card and this was the result.

The US Post Office created a LOVE stamp in 1973
The LOVE sculpture backdrop for our kiss is in Manhattan, New York City at 55th Street and 6th Avenue.
My love affairs go beyond this art, of course. Thank you God for my two loves.
