life is a sine wave
waxing and waning
ebbs and flows
yin and yang
ups and downs
love and not
yet…
life continues
(at least until that final day)

day turns to night

the new day comes
whatever I am facing will change
for change is certain
like it
or not

the wave
crashing
into “the Ledge” on the Colorado River
was momentary
an “oh shit” moment
God’s will that we stayed afloat
